Kyonan Town is known as one of the three major daffodil colonies in Japan.

The Narcissus Festival starts in early December every year. There are three beautiful spots for daffodils in the town.

"Ezuki Narcissus Road" recommended for pedestrians

Ezuki Narcissus Road is recommended for those who come to Kyonan Town by train and want to walk to see the daffodils.

The road is narrow, so you cannot drive to Ezuki Narcissus Road.

If you come by car, "Sakuma Dam Park" and "Kuzure Narcissus"

For those who come by car or by bus and want to enjoy daffodils, we recommend "Sakuma Dam Park" and "Kuzure Narcissus Township".

"Sakuma Dam Park" is a park located in an agricultural dam, and daffodils are in full bloom around it. Depending on the time of year, it is lit up from 5 pm to 8 pm and you can see the fantastic daffodils.

There is also a circular bus in Kyonan Town, which stops near "Sakuma Dam Park" and "Okuzure Narcissus Township". There is a bus from the front of "Awa-Katsuyama Station" on the JR Uchibo Line, so get off at "Sakuma Dam Entrance" or "Okuzure".

Parking information

It is located in front of the Okuzure Community Center around Sakuma Dam Park (300 yen for a fee in front of the Okuzure Community Center).

If you are arriving by car and walking along Ezuki Narcissus Road, please park at the parking lot of the Kyonan Town Health and Welfare Center "Sukoyaka" (560 Hota, Kyonan Town). About 5 minutes walk from "Sukoyaka" to Ezuki Narcissus Road.
